As its use and value have grown, social media has also become a powerful tool allowing organizations to promote their services and to engage with clients in new ways. This course will be relevant for a range of individuals, from senior professionals involved in organizational strategy and policy development to those involved in marketing your organization and services to those who interact regularly with members of your business community (i.e., current and potential clients) and who are focused on business development. The agenda will cover high-level topics such as developing a social media strategy that is aligned with your overall strategy and array of services. This session will also cover tactics and hands-on exercises such as how to establish and effectively use the various – and often complementary – social media channels for business such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and more.

Client companies are from a broad range of industries including metals, plastics, chemicals, glass, energy, construction, mining, heavy equipment, devices, military, aerospace, transportation, retail and others. Mr. Meshanko works with businesses to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to grow business, drive sales activity and to become more competitive in the global market place. In recent years, Tom has expanded his services to include global marketing, social media strategies for business and other capabilities.
